What’s included in the $89/month subscription?

Your subscription covers a monthly 30-point home inspection, 1 hour of handyman services, priority scheduling, and access to trusted plumbers and electricians within 24 hours of a ticket request.

What if a repair takes longer than an hour?

Additional time is billed at $50/hour.

Who pays for materials?

Homeowners are responsible for material costs. We’ll help source them at fair prices and ensure you only purchase what’s necessary.

What types of handyman services are covered?

Basic tasks such as fixing minor leaks, replacing light fixtures, tightening railings, cleaning gutters, patching drywall, and similar small projects. Larger jobs will be discussed and quoted separately.

How do I request service?

For requests, please submit a ticket online or by phone.

Can I rent tools through my subscription?

Yes. Subscribers have access to a discounted tool and equipment library for a small rental fee, perfect for DIY projects without the cost of buying new tools.

What if I need services outside of what’s included?

We can connect you with trusted specialty trades and coordinate everything for you.
